Safety & Quality

Safety is Not Optional. Quality is Not Negotiable.

At Delour Enterprises, safety and quality are core operating principles — not compliance checkboxes. Every project, every site, every day.

Our Safety Commitment

We operate in environments where safety failures have serious consequences. We take that responsibility seriously and expect every person working under the Delour Enterprises banner to do the same.

Safe Work Procedures

We work to applicable safe work procedures on every site. Our teams are briefed on site-specific requirements before commencing work and are expected to follow them without exception.

PPE Compliance

Correct personal protective equipment is mandatory on all sites. We do not compromise on PPE requirements and our supervisors enforce compliance at all times.

Hazard Identification

Our teams are trained to identify and report hazards before commencing work. We take a proactive approach to hazard management and do not proceed with work where safety cannot be assured.

Incident Reporting

All incidents, near-misses and safety observations are reported promptly. We maintain accurate records and use incident data to improve our safety practices.

Legislative Compliance

We operate in compliance with applicable workplace health and safety legislation, including the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld) and associated regulations and codes of practice.

Continuous Improvement

We review our safety performance regularly and look for opportunities to improve. Safety is not a static compliance exercise — it is an ongoing commitment.

Our Quality Practices

We take care with our work. Quality is built into how we operate — from how we plan and schedule work, to how we report and close out each job.

Accurate Reporting

We maintain accurate records of all work completed, materials used and issues encountered. Our clients receive clear, timely reporting that reflects actual field conditions.

Client Specifications

We work to client specifications and raise any discrepancies or concerns before commencing work. We do not make assumptions about scope or requirements.

Quality Inspections

Completed work is inspected before sign-off. We do not accept substandard outcomes and will rectify defects promptly at our own cost.

Skilled Field Teams

Our field teams are selected for their experience, reliability and professional conduct. We invest in the capability of our people and hold them to high standards.

Compliance & Regulatory Obligations

Delour Enterprises operates in compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and codes of practice relevant to our service lines. This includes workplace health and safety legislation, environmental obligations and any industry-specific regulatory requirements applicable to our contracted scope of work. Where our work involves regulated activities, we ensure that applicable licensing, certification and competency requirements are met.
